Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and sisil4d ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at sisil4d.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, lottery products, and any promotional or bonus offerings made available through the Platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of sisil4d, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created on sisil4d, uniquely associated with one natural person.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's account at any given time, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonuses, net of wagering activity.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or incentive amounts credited to a User's account that are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Cash Balance" means deposited and legitimately won funds in a User's account that are not subject to wagering requirements and are eligible for withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a User may withdraw funds from the Platform.
• "Platform" means the sisil4d website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services accessible at sisil4d.cam.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any territory where access to or use of online gambling platforms is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal. Example: a MYR 100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement must be wagered MYR 2,000 in total before withdrawal.
• "RM / MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of the Platform.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on sisil4d, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. sisil4d strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gambling activities on the Platform.
2. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. You are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly illegal.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of sisil4d or any of its associated service providers.
5. You do not currently hold an active self-exclusion arrangement with sisil4d or any other gambling platform to which sisil4d is contractually obligated.
6. You are not acting on behalf of any third party. Accounts must be registered and operated solely by the named account holder.

sisil4d reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Registration & KYC Verification

Each User is permitted to hold one account only on sisil4d. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or through different payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in all duplicate accounts being suspended and any associated balances forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and a valid Malaysian payment method. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, sisil4d requires completion of KYC verification. The following documents are typically required:

• A valid Malaysian government-issued identity document (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence);
• A recent proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within three months);
• A selfie photograph clearly showing your face alongside your identity document;
• Where applicable, a screenshot or confirmation of the payment method used for deposits.

KYC review typically completes within 24 to 48 hours. Verified accounts are eligible for the full range of withdrawal methods and higher transaction limits. sisil4d processes all identity documents with strict confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Deposits & Withdrawals

sisil4d supports a range of Malaysian and international payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and select cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT TRC20, BNB). All transactions are denominated in MYR unless an agreed cryptocurrency conversion applies.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by method. e-Wallet minimum: MYR 10–20. FPX/bank transfer minimum: MYR 100. Cryptocurrency minimum: equivalent of approximately MYR 30.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• sisil4d does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to that method's availability. sisil4d applies this same-source policy as a standard anti-money-laundering measure.
• Processing times are approximate: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) typically within 5 minutes; DuitNow / FPX within 5–15 minutes; bank wire within 15–60 minutes; cryptocurrency within 15–45 minutes depending on network confirmation.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is subject to completion of applicable wagering requirements. Cash Balance withdrawals are not subject to wagering requirements.
• sisil4d reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawals above MYR 10,000, which may extend processing time.

Bonuses & Promotions

sisil4d offers a variety of promotional incentives including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, VIP cashback, refer-a-friend rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable to all sisil4d promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users aged 21 and above only.
• Welcome bonuses may only be claimed once per household, device, or IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before Bonus Funds are eligible for conversion to Cash Balance and subsequent withdrawal.
• Unless a promotion states otherwise, wagering requirements apply to the combined total of deposit amount and bonus amount.
• sisil4d reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided this does not materially disadvantage Users who have already accepted and begun to meet the conditions of an active promotion.
• Any indication of bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, use of automated betting software, or coordinated wagering patterns designed to exploit promotional terms — will result in immediate bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting, live casino, slots, lottery, and other gaming activities on sisil4d are subject to specific product rules published within each game or betting market. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable rules before placing bets or participating in games.

• All bets are final once confirmed. sisil4d does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted and confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a technical fault, error, or system interruption that affects the integrity of a game outcome or bet result, sisil4d reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• sisil4d reserves the right to limit bet sizes, refuse bets, or restrict access to specific markets at our sole discretion and without prior notice, particularly where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, insider information, or systematic exploitation of pricing errors.
• All RNG (Random Number Generator) games are certified to produce genuinely random outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are accurate and apply over statistically significant play volumes — individual session results may vary considerably.
• Sports odds are subject to change up until the commencement of the relevant event. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet.

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sisil4d Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other technical means to disguise your true geographic location or identity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place bets;
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider betting;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — identified bugs must be reported to support immediately;
• Conducting any activity on the Platform that constitutes, facilitates, or is designed to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime;
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute a legitimate deposit transaction through your payment provider.

sisil4d employs real-time fraud detection, device fingerprinting, and IP monitoring to identify prohibited conduct. Where a breach is identified, sisil4d may suspend the account, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, permanently close the account, and where required by law, report the activity to relevant authorities.

Responsible Gambling

sisil4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — it must never be treated as a source of income or a method of recovering financial losses.

Intellectual Property

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any Platform content;
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software;
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from sisil4d.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sisil4d, its directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Specific exclusions of liability include:

• Financial losses arising from gambling activity on the Platform, whether from games, sports bets, or any other wagering product;
• Losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or system errors not caused by gross negligence on sisil4d's part;
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, RTP figures, or promotional terms;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits sisil4d's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Account Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the account. Users wishing to close their account should contact support. Any Cash Balance at the time of closure will be returned to the User's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and security checks.

sisil4d may suspend or permanently terminate an account immediately, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• Provision of false identity information during registration or KYC;
• Multi-accounting;
• Use of prohibited software or exploitation of technical vulnerabilities;
• Any conduct that sisil4d reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its other users.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, sisil4d will notify the account holder via their registered email address. Investigations will be conducted within a reasonable timeframe. If no breach is found, the account will be reinstated and any withheld withdrawals processed promptly.

Amendments to These Terms

sisil4d reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on this page and, where practical, notifying Users by email or in-platform notification.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

sisil4d operates under an international online gaming licence. These Terms shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the governing jurisdiction of that licence. Nothing in these Terms creates or implies any claim of regulation by Malaysian authorities, including but not limited to Bank Negara Malaysia, the Ministry of Finance Malaysia, or the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules applicable to the Platform's licensing jurisdiction.

Malaysian Users acknowledge their sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling activities in their jurisdiction and accept that sisil4d makes no representations regarding the same.
